I will teach an intentional movement ritualized calling to 7 directions. No worries, nothing to memorize, only intent and focus needed. 

We will call out to ancestors, progeny, fellow travellers, and teachers to recall the connection, and announce our recognition as a singular thread moving its way in a cultural backdrop tapestry of humanities, cultures; pasting, presenting, and futuring. 

I would like to especially call forth our responsibility for and acts of caring for the outcaste, and for any harm that indigenous, queer bodies, people of color, women, the working class, and black bodies continue to deal with. It's built into our systems and shit.

And you are invited to bring in a written share, visual share, colored cloth, special ordinary object, a food item or small animal (not the animal, just kidding) that holds meaning personal and/or cultural that is part of your calling out to the above mentioned cohorts in their directional houses.

We can place them in an altered place somewhere in the room. Please, no preachers need to show up, We return here not to convince ourselves, we return here to learn ourselves. 

We return here to respect the still/silent spaciousness of dance and dancing peoples. 

To someone from mid 20th C. this statement of 2025 year plays around in my mouth before it drips out in disbelief. 👣 💕
