Here is our calling to listen for the ever-present hum. Here is what can happen when you listen to this vibratory sound. It will mobilize you to relax and reenter the now time of here, cueing you to cut to the chase, get established in the intelligences of soma. 

We create common unity in our time alone together. A Re-Treat to open to spaciousness of mind, listening with your whole body, and moving in directions that are unplanned and unfamiliar. 

Next Steps is a process, a continuation of understanding how we can show up in our soma, sense, and spirit intelligences to ‘think’ through any situation, on and off the dance floor.

Der Ruf dieses immer-schwingenden, lebendigen Klangs in dir. Der dich dazu bewegt, zu entspannen und wieder im Hier und Jetzt anzukommen. Der dich auffordert, die Intelligenzen des Somas zu verstehen. 

Unserer gemeinsame Zeit - Ein Re-Treat, ein Ort, dich für die Weite des Geistes zu öffnen, mit dem ganzen Körper zu lauschen und dich in ungeahnte und ungeplante Richtungen zu bewegen.

Next Steps ist ein Prozess, eine Fortsetzung des Verstehens, wie wir uns mit unserer Körper-, Sinnes- und Geist-Intelligenz zeigen können, um durch jede Situation zu „denken“, auf und abseits der Tanzfläche.

As any events around us are happening, how can we recognize that it is not who we are and that it is not our identity. But how can we learn different ways to breathe, to practice mindfulness, findig grounding and to arrive - no matter where we are.

It offers views  how to be in the present and how to come out of the fog In the mind.

Wie können wir bei allen Ereignissen, die um uns herum geschehen, erkennen, dass es nicht das ist, was wir wirklich sind, und dass es nicht unsere Identität ist. 

Sondern wie können wir unterschiedliche Wege lernen, zu atmen, Achtsamkeit zu üben, Erdung zu finden und anzukommen - egal wo wir sind. Die Arbeit bietet Sichtweisen, wie wir im Hier und Jetzt sein können und wie wir aus dem Nebel der Gedanken herauskommen.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel before July 9th 2025, you will be charged a 70 EUR cancellation fee. Between July 9th and and Sept 9th, you may cancel but will only receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations after Sept 9th do not receive a refund unless you are able to find someone else to replace your spot, and you are still charged the 70 EUR cancellation fee.
Eine Stornierung seitens des Teilnehmers ist im folgenden möglich: Bei einer Stornierung vor dem 8. Juli 2025 wird eine Stornogebühr von 70 EUR fällig. Bei Stornierung wischen dem 8. Juli und dem 8. September, erhält der Teilnehmer 50 % der Kosten zurück. Bei einer Stornierung nach dem 8. September erhält der Teilnehmer keine Rückerstattung, es sei denn, dieser kann einen Ersatzteilnehmer für ihren/seinen Platz finden, die Stornogebühr von 70 EUR wird trotzden erhoben.
